Terms of Sale


Payment: We accept credit card, company check, money order, and bank wire transfers for the payment of any item we sell.

All orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit at time of ordering, and balance due before shipment is handed over to shipping company. Shipping cost is NOT included in the price of any item. The customer agrees to allow us to bill the associated shipping charges separately prior to goods shipment from us.

Because all products are imported from overseas, we can not guarantee an exact shipping date of any item. But we do provide an estimate to the best of our knowlege.

Returns And Exchanges


SinoImport is fully committed to providing you with only the best products. But from time-to-time, there may be a need for an exchange or return. We have two different policies: one for natural stone tiles and the other for other products we sell which include vanity tops, kitchen countertops, stone scultpure products, and architetural elements.

Policy for natural stone tiles: within 30 days of receiving your order you may return or exchange a product if it is in its original condition and packaging. We will provide a full refund for the purchase price less any shipping costs involved. Natural stone tiles of custom size by special order are not subject to this policy.

Policy for any other product: since these items have been built to specific customer needs, we can not accept returns unless a return agreement has been formed at the time the original order was placed.

It is important to contact us prior to returning an item so we can provide you with the correct return shipping address. To help us process the return quickly please provide us with the tracking number for the return shipment so we will know when to expect it.

Damaged Items


We will insure the piece is in mint condition and crated properly before releasing to the shipping/transportation company. However, despite how well we package our products there is always a chance of damage if an order is mishandled by the ocean liner or domestic shipping company. All items shipped are insured and it is advised that customers inspect the item carefully at time of delivery. If damage to packaging material is obvious when you receive your order, please inspect the item immediately and reject the shipment if damage to product is found. An insurance claim must be promptly made with the freight carrier by the customer. If you discover the damage after the delivery is made, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please take photos of the damage and send them to us so we can determine the next step to be taken. If it is determined that Sinoimport is responsible for the damage, we will arrange a replacement to be shipped as quickly as possible and we will cover normal shipping costs to correct the problem.
